**shipping info - i usually ship between 1-5 days. be aware that once the package is with the courier, i am no longer responsible for lost or damaged items! i will however do the best i can to help find/recover packages and work with you on how to solve any shipping issues!
**TATs for customs/mystery plushies are 1-4 weeks!
**plush repair - i am more than happy to repair a damaged plush at no cost, you will only have to cover shipping to me!
**refunds - all sales are final and i do not offer refunds, however there is one exception for a partial refund and/or completely free repair if a plushie comes damaged due to maker error only. proof must be provided as soon as plush is received!
